Information may be used to respond to inquiries, organize and evaluate the homeowner’s stated situation, identify urgency and possible routing pathways, provide educational information, improve the website and intake process, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Internal retention, legal-review, exit, and urgent classifications are triage tools only and do not determine eligibility, legal outcomes, or homeowner decisions.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND REFERRALS
